Rules for Collecting Signatures
The do’s and don’ts every circulator should know before knocking: clean sheets, one town per sheet, blue or black ink, and how to handle mistakes.
Pen Test / Scribble Sheet
Print a stack for every signing table. Volunteers test their pen on this sheet — never on a petition — and it doubles as a cover sheet to protect signed papers.
