Restore safety standards and medical oversight

The petition drive is now underway!

Governor Healey just signed a bill into law which removes all safety restrictions and ethical oversight for late-term abortions.

While previous law provided exceptions for maternal health and fetal abnormalities, Chapter 188 removes these boundaries entirely, compromising maternal safety and viable infants.

A statewide effort is now underway to suspend and repeal this new law. Volunteer to help collect signatures, give to the effort, or learn how else you can support the cause!

We are working to provide a list of sites where individuals may sign the petition. Due to extremely limited time to collect signatures, we have prioritized signature gathering at events, churches and other highly-trafficked venues. We appreciate your patience. Please continue to check this page, as we are updating it frequently and aim to have additional information published very soon.

Petition Signing Tools

Please carefully review these resources before helping to repeal this law. Do not print, scan, or photocopy your blank petition sheets. Only sheets received from CCC leaders/Area Coordinators are approved for collection. If there are stray marks on a petition sheet, please start a new sheet. When in doubt, start a new sheet.
